Each March, PFP is divided into multiple competitive crews, based on a set of fitness criteria. There is a spot for EVERYONE who wishes to compete. PFP women come in all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. We are here to LEARN, GROW, COMPETE and to HAVE A GREAT TIME TOGETHER!

Fire – This is where it all begins and where Phoenix is born! New talent joins and trains with an experienced crew while gaining crucial race experience. Not to be discounted as a beginner boat, the Fire crew often competes alongside or combines with our other crews. By its nature, this is our most diverse and inclusive crew, which can change with the ebb and flow of our team.
